Returns & Exchanges

Flowers are a fragile product, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of our natural product. We will issue refunds on broken glass hardware, and replace flowers in extreme cases on a case by case basis. The claim must be made on the same day the flowers are delivered. Please call us at (347) 721-3280 and send an image to info@thelittleglassslipper.com.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled 24 hours from the delivery date.
